Romecityapartments offers three options: 1. Complete management of the apartment, where we take care of receiving guests (check-in/check-out), take deposits, look after cleaning the house, do routine maintenance, and change sheets and towels. This service has a forfeit cost. 2. Part management of the apartment, where you can decide time for time whether you want to take care of things yourself or get Romecityapartments to deal with them. In this case, Romecityapartments’ services are to be paid as per their pricelist. 3.You take on full management of the apartment. If you want to manage the apartment yourself or through someone you delegate, you will deal with everything directly. Should you choose this option you should keep to mind the following important points: • All Romecityapartments clients receive a leaflet (voucher) that contains all-important information (the apartment’s address, telephone number of the person responsible for check-in, arrival and departure dates, amount of deposit payable etc.) • The apartment should be checked and prepared before the arrival of the guests, so that they may find it clean and in the best condition possible • The person responsible for check-in must show the guests round the house, explain how everything works and give them clean sheets and towels • When guests arrive, the person responsible for check-in must take the deposit. Upon arrival and departure (before restitution of the deposit) it is necessary to check the house together with the guest. Reasons for withholding eventual amounts against deposits need to be documented with care by the person responsible. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, guests must leave the house by 10 a.m. • Romecityapartments will send you a weekly letter, e-mail or fax with a list of bookings at the time.
