for foreign customers: we can organise all aspects of their stay in Italy for the time that will be necessary to visit the properties, do all the paper works to complete the purchase etc

we can do a pre selection of the real estate properties based on the requirements of the Customer: available budget, type of property requested (condo, villa, seaside, mountains, countryside etc.), pre negotiation of the price. Then we will accompany the Customer to visit the properties and give him further advise based on the insights we have of the Italian real estate market.

We can provide all the professionals that are necessary in order to complete the purchase: notary, qualified accountant, bank (to open an Italian bank account if necessary) etc.

Once the purchase completed, if the Customer will decide to renovate the property we can assist him to select the Architect among those that have already worked with Romecityapartments, based on the best project and bid presented. Then we can assist the Customer also by controlling the timetable and the quality of the ongoing works in order to avoid final “surprises”.

Finally, if the Customer will decide to rent out the property, for short or long periods, Romecityapartments has the skills to manage it entirely and transfer the income to the owner.
