Near the apartment there is a bus stop, with the buses for the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's and for Piazza Venezia and the city centre. At a distance of 250 meters from the apartment there is an underground station, very useful to reach Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and Termini Train Station. To reach Fiumicino, the airport, you can take the train from Saint Peter's station, reachable with few bus stops or from Termini Train Station, reachable with the underground. If you want to reach the apartment by car, you must follow the indications towards Città del Vaticano.

Le Vatican et l'église de Saint Pierre, qui fut édifiée à l'origine par l'empereur Constantin le Grand, sont connus dans le monde entier, du Sud au Nord et de la Sibérie jusqu'aux montagnes du Nevada. Donc, essayer de les décrire ici nous paraît inutile étant donnée l'influence que l'Eglise catholique a eu dans le monde entier.
Nous allons donc nous contenter d'une petite curiosité: les gardes du pape sont tous suisses, ils doivent bien évidemment être catholiques et leur recrutement ne dure que deux ans. |
